Can I just say that the reason that this keeps happening is that people are too nscared to do whats right. Now I understand that we all have to live, and that we would all like a nice easy life without any agro from local yobbos but I would be shocked and upset if anyone on here didn't report them if they saw it happening.
The RSPCA have said that some police forces are much better than others and that they work very closely with the Metropolitan police so if you live in that area you can be sure that whatever you report will be dealt with properly. Every police force has a number where you can report anonymously, so no one need ever know.
I'm not suggesting that anyone wades in with a baseball bat and dishes out their own form of vigilante justice, but if you want this to stop you must report what you see.
