Saving Michael Vick's Dogs
Great article in the washington post about the dogs that were recovered from the raid on Michael Vick's illegal dog fighting den.

Yeah, it was amazing that only one of the 50 dogs was considered so aggressive that he needed to be put to sleep. When you think about all that they went through, it just goes to show how resilient dogs can be. It broke my heart seeing those scars also. Fair play to the judge for insisting that Vick put forward close to 1 million dollars to fund the rehabilitation of these animals, rather than ordering them all to be pts.

Re: Saving Michael Vick's Dogs
This was a very sad story, what these dogs had been through and for those they killed as they would not fight, but a good ending for the dogs rescued.
Just look at this story of Leo one of the pit bulls saved and watch the video of him in his new life and how loving he is with people....

Im so happy that Leo has been saved and re-trained to be the loving dog that he is. Its amazing how they can let go of what they have been through and how they've been trated to become such loyal, loving pets!! It melts my heart
