Whilst I have been away (HELP)

Post by Mattchewone on Fri 06 Nov 2009, 11:49

today it seems Patch has been sick, there was a small lump of sick just outside his crate, which he is locked in during the day. I dont think he is usually sick whilst we are away although i cant really tell as he may eat it.

He wasnt sick during the day last week when we were off work.

What should i do? Its lunch and he usually gets food, shall i still feed him or shall i leave him until dinner?

Matt

If he was mine , and he seemed healthy in all other respects, I would feed him as normal, and just keep an eye on him.

Aww - poor Patch sad I agree - I would give a meal as long as all else seemed ok. I know with my previous dog, after an upset had passed she was better off having a little food in her tummy.

Feed him IMO.

Harley was sick this morning, but I fed him at 10am and he's fine now.

He seemed fine and has been since so it might of been a one off! Maybe he ate something whilst we were on a walk.
