THATS IT IVE HAD ENOUGH!!!!!!!

whatever it is that my two have got is not going away ive tried since saturday to let it pass and they have both been starved 24 hours and have been feed on brown rice and chicken for the last three days and still yet this morning the kitchen is splattered in **** again the whole house stinks of **** WE ARE OFF TO THE VETS AGAIN!! my poor dogs.

sounds like what two of mine had, i had to starve them for 36 hours! then introduced the chicken and rice

just read that they are on meds, prob best to get them to the vet then, but it does sound just like what mine had, pale brown water coming out of their bottoms! it was lovely lol

I can sympathise, it was bad enough with just Ruby having the squits but two of them

i just want them to get better the vets dont open untill 9am so iam ringing them as soon as the clock hits 9

ok we are back from the vets they both have a bacterial infection which to other dogs is very contagious. and something that despite us trying it wasnt going to go away on it own they have both had to have two seperate injections of anti sickness and diahhroa and a antibiotic injections each aswell.
they have also been sent home with metronidazole tablets and diarsanyl paste which i have to give to them before they eat. i have to continue with the brown rice and chicken for another three days!
when she checked there hearts she said oscar had a slight heart murmer which is prob due to him being run down and recovering from the GA the week before so he has to go back saturday to have it checked again. fingers crossed now they will start to get better.
my house needs fumagating so iam off to clean now .x

The vet receptionist said to the OH yesterday over the phone that she thinks Patch might have a Bacterial infection, although he doesnt have the same syptoms as yours he does have on and off loose poos.

Hope there all better soon. I dread to think how hard it must be when there both poorly.Hopefully the new meds and jabs from the vets will soon have them on the mend

aww hope the babies feel better soon, slev had the same infection when he was younger, he had to have the paste and antibiotics and it cleared up within a few days. give them loads of love from us! xxx

they have both looked a bit better since the visit to the vets thanks. and neither has sicked up there dinner yet i pray theres no more poo tonight and they start keeping it all in
