Hi Anita

Poor pup - is this anything to do with the intestines similar to Chron's disesase or I am on the wrong path altoogether xx

Is this an hereditary disease or has it developed from something else?

Sorry to hear about Apache. It is always awful when they have to undergo all these tests and you keep trying to find out what is wrong. I guess it is good news in a way to have a proper diagnosis at least you can now do everything you can to help him.

Am I right in thinking this is a lifelong condition where the body does not absorb protein? properly and if they do not have the right diet they lose weight as if they are not eating?

It's good that he has gained a little weight ..that is a great start for him.

I wish him all the luck..let us know how he is geting on.
