Time to confess do your dogs have nicknames????

I think mine must think they are called RSPCA because i tell them thats where they are going so often laughing

Mine do including my fosters as they come in they usually leave with at least one nickname. winking

Jack's are Pookie, Whack-Whack and Jack-Jack he answers to them all.

Spot's are Spottie

Dodgers are Dodge-Dodge, Monster (he has his own song you know 'Whats that Coming over the Hill), Moo-Moo and he answers to them all. Oh and his latest one due to him weighing over 4 1/2 stone is 2 scoops

Pumpkin's are Pumps, Pumpkin Pie and Pumperkins and again he answers to all of them.

So ive confessed so come on lets hear yours whistling

I call Hemi, Big Man! Nick laughs at me cause he always knows i'm home from work because he hear in a baby voice "there's my Big Man!" and Hemi will start whining to be loved on!

i call tyzer, tyzer moo moo's and sing my boy(by elvis) to him. You know the one it goes 'because your all i hav my boy, you are my life, my pride, my joy.

And i call star my little cow, she's so naughty sometimes, and sing stary stary night to her. lol

Charlie gets called- Charla, Barley, Chubs, Charlie Macouber (lol) and my son calls her Charlie the Racing dog ( like roary the racing car- a kids programme!)

Bobs is bobby, Robinson, Razzle, Mincer

Buster is 'Buster Bear'. My old Jack Russell 'Butch', was 'Butcher Bear'. Butch was originally nicknamed Butcher Bear by my cousin Alan (R.I.P.) who was the spitting image of Meatloaf.

chester gets called piggly by my sister because he grunts so much and my sons friend calls him chestnut my nephew calls him chesty cough if you say it in a stupid voice he'll answer to anything... my personal favourite is poochie!!

Hemi has now acquired a few new nick names. I've started calling him "the boy". Nick's not crazy about it but it's kinda stuck with me. Nick's dad calls him Mashed potatoes and gravy because at Thanksgiving some mashed potatoes got spilled and he cleaned them up really quick and then a whole boat of gravy got spilled on him when Nick's dad triped over him. Nick's mom calls him hemroid tongue

Dont ask why but:

Rupert our Labrador who is 3 and abit is often called Man but pronouced maan.

Cooper our short legged jack russell is often called Coopertron after a transformer as he is a big dog in disguise judging by his attitude.

Sookie is sookini for no real reason but it seems to have stuck.

They all answer to their real names and nick names!

I've been told not to call the dog's name when telling it off... Should only be used for Recall... Kinda makes sense to me... Use the name in a good way only...

Neo's nickname is Stink Boy!!!

Also, Young Star... As in, when he is bolting all over the house and wanting to growl and roll over and bark, I say, Settle down, Young Star (youngster)... Not that he listens to me when I say that...
