not sure about females but ive never met a male staffie that doesnt do the sickest farts. Wet food makes it worse so maybe try her on just dry food for a while? other than that i dunno anything to stop it, its just natural.

What are you feeding her on?

A lot of commercial dog food has too many cereals in and these cause wind in dogs.

We had the same problem when we rescued Keano - he almost gassed me and the wife on the way home in the car. Changed his food from wet meat to Bakers and it has improved his flatulence problem.

Yup our staffy is famous in our local pub (country pub in the middle of nowhere) He is famous for
a) he says hello to all humans and dogs
b) he is scared of chiuaus (dont know how to spell little tiny dogs with no hair) one bit his testicles once.
c) his eggy farts!!!!!!!! enough to make your eyes water! beware some folks will be mean enough to blame your dog for their own guffs
