I know of alot of people who give there dogs Glucosamine Sulphate also synoquin too although synoquin is prescription only I believe.
This can be put in food or in water

There are also other supplements you can use such as Synoquin which you can get from your vets.

its not glucose the sugar but i use it on myself as a fighter (sore knees and shoulders) and i find its been working wonders for me, i cant see why Glucosamine Sulphate wouldnt greatly benafit dogs.
