middlesbrough bred staffy

my sfaffy blue was bred in middlesbrough but we did not see the breeder he was born on 8/10/08 his parents are ginas wishing star
sweet blue lagoon
also on his five generation pedigree certificate one name is in red is this normal? what does this mean?

Should have CH in front of the name

just checked it does say ch before name name is silver bomber
