Leaving Him Alone =[!
Hi - Today Oreo will be left alone for 5.5 hours he is 18 weeks do you think he will be ok? He has been going to work with my mum since he was 10 weeks old but now she will have to change jobs he wont be able to go anymore. So Today He is going to be left in his crate - I think he will just sleep because he does that alot. I want to get him a play pen so he has more room But we feel cruel leaving him although he does have to get used to being left alone But We Just feel so Bad =O! What do you think?

he will be fine, as i work 4 days a week Toby is left roughly 4hrs twice a day (i have someone pop in during the day to walk him, feed him etc) Altho i feel guilty doing this he seems to cope with it fine.

Re: Leaving Him Alone =[!
I am also sure he will be ok - although he may not be able to hold himself for that long - so expect a little accident as he is still only young.
They do sleep alot - you could always buy another crate and use one side for toilets if he cant wait and the other for sleeping.
I also felt mean leaving ours - but I used to leave an old jumper with my scent on it - left the radio on too and also a kong which used to distract them whilst I left.
He will soon get used to his new routine so try not to worry xxxx
