Feeding on Beta Puppy food
OK you probably all think I am a bit neurotic by now but never mind!!!!
Jasper is having Purina Beta Puppy dry food which he loves but the feeding guidelines are really vague!!!! He is 8 weeks old at the moment and I just wondered if anyone else used this food and how much did they feed their pup? Also how much did you increase it by every week?
Am totally paranoid about him being fat or hungry!!!
Thanks guys!!!!

Re: Feeding on Beta Puppy food
Taken from their website - hope it helps
Medium (12–25kg) - Full grown weight of dog
6 weeks to 3 months 125–400g per day 2
3 - 5 months 230–480 per day
5 - 7 months 280–440 per day
7 - 12months 280–420 per day
12 months + go onto adult food
Recommended number of feedings is as follows:
Feed puppies less than 3 months of age 3-4 daily feedings of moistened food. After 3 months of age gradually reduce moistening and feed 3 times per day.
From 6-12 months provide 2 daily feedings. Allow puppy to eat for 10-15 minutes at each of the above meals.
Remove food after your puppy has finished eating to help avoid overfeeding. Reduce the amount of food offered if the puppy becomes overweight.
Fresh, clean drinking water should always be available.
BETA Puppy recipes are also suitable during gestation and lactation.
