Post by teto on Mon 02 Nov 2009, 19:51

Skye on saturday night had a little bout of the runs, then yesterday morning she vomited so i starved her all day, she vomited once more at lunch time then that was it . I gave her some scrambled egg about 7 o clock and all has been fine. But today she is eating normal drinking normal but is slightly constapated. she is having poos but they are tiny and very hard what can i do. I need to get her back to normal quick as she is supposed to be getting spayed on thursday!

She isn't constipated, theres just not much in there to come out! I'd give her some chicken and rice and see how she gets on - but you will be asked at the vets if she has had any sickness etc so make sure you tell the truth

I have more conversations about shite on here than enough

Being payed is a horrible thing for us to watch them go through - but she won't be ill or risk death from pyometra...

Poor little girl - how is she today - did you give her the Chicken & Rice Watts mentioned.

The majority of people get their bitches spayed due to the risk this infection can cause - if you are not going to breed then it's the best thing you can do for her xx
