i need your help if you can assist, well we have had a report from the police and it has said that i need to have at least two male door and one female door, i dont know what area you are from but do you know anyone in kent? even if i can get one and one it is only a suggestion that i have three, but that is going over board.

i have the letter today that i need them friday and sat with immd effect i have managed to get away with it today as i have said that i can not get door on this late notice have to find for tomorrow. if you can help that would be great.

erm , ive never worked that area so dont really have contacts in that area , really sorry hun ,

obviously you want to comply with the police and build bridges rather than barriers BUT they can not enforce you to have doorstaff in a pub ,UNLESS it is a condition on your license , but to do this they would have to review the license not just serve you with a recomendation ,

ALSO; this is my personal professional opionion, dont get a woman door supervisor get two guys , especially in a traveller run area, you need the musclke when it does turn bad , and i find drunk people just dont respect female door staff half as much as men !

out of reading these i like the look of the 2nd link as they cater for all aspects of security, give all three a call and get a quote , i would be expecting to pay £16per hour per doorman , thats the rate round here anyway ,

ring these three get a quote for each and compare them , in my area youd be looking to pay £15-£16 per hour per doorman , your area shouldnt be much diferant, hope this helps

thank you hun. the pub opp has door men and i have managed to get them to come tomorrow, i got served my letter at 5:50 to which i said you can not expect me to get door man on an friday with 10 min notice i got away with this tonight so i have got them tomorrow, we have a barrister that drinks in the pub and he said what they have done is illagal, they have to give me 14 days notice to act on the letter, they also have not asked me to do a risk assesment which they have to and they have done this behind closed doors with the pub not being included. but on the other hand they could have just come in and shut us down as we breached unbeknown to me untill wednesday, so better then the deep blue sea i get to fight this and prove that i can turn the pub around. god tho i am having a sht week, we have only take just over 1k i did that in one day last week, but mind you i have had no trouble.

i think they want me to get a woman door as it was two girls that org started the fight, but i am not going to there are not many out there anyway i am just going to get two blokes.

i hate winter............. it has been pissing down with rain all night.

no probs , ye it does get extreamly cold on the door, thats when wearing a bulletproof vest comes in handy it keeps me warm, lol, wise move with the two blokes,
all you have to do is to be seen to be co-operating, that way you will get the police and licensing on your side ,hope all goes well ,

well the company that i got in to do last night is the door firm that they use across the road from us, i asked for two of them and they only posted one on site, not that we had the need for any we only had 6 people in all night, it is going to be a hard slog to build it back up. and to rub salt into it all one of the regulars came behind the bar and stole a bottle of aftershock whilst i was round the other side. i saw him in the street after confirming from the cctv who it was and he told me to go away not very nicley. so that is another couple of people that i will not have in. but he is one of these people that when he gets drunk he is rude he thinks he is gods gift, no loss but all it can do is go upwards on onwards.

i feel for you cos i know exactly what position your in , its hard doing a "clean up" getting rid of all the scum and getting nice regulars in ,
