Things to do/avoid....Raising a Staffy pup?

Are there anything I should know about, things to do and avoid to insure my Staffy will be a good and nice Dog?

I want my puppy to grow up healthy, nice and muscular!! Turbo just woke up!!! Time to go wee!! lol
How do you excercise your puppy?? To gain muscle and mass as he is growing ?? Without becoming aggressive?

plenty of walking,run,even make a littile ajility coures,hurdils,dog wait toys....

but mate turbo is only 5weeks old you have got months togo yet b4 you can really think about all that,just let him grow first....

i know you just want to know every thing how to do and wot to do...
but enjoy the time you have now,cos it will go so fast and he will be like 6months....lol
