Oh god, Its the day after and boy do i ache, i cant even move my arms haha was brill though and im not in any unusual pain. We done an mma warm up with barrels and weights, kettle bells and so on aftrer that i was physicly sick but thats because im just not used to it again lol. It was so cringe though! Cant wait till next week only going once a week at mo sad il be going more again soon though.
