Thats just what we call it - learned it from my Dutch grandmum - You take a beef fillet or roast and boil it in about a pound of proper farm butter with salt and pepper till it falls apart. Extremely unhealthy but heaven on a fork. Serve with some boiled potatoes and the butter left in the pot

My gran almost had a heart attack this weekend. My mum and myself have this ritual - if I'm visiting we have a glass of dessert wine with sunday breakfast - sweet wine with bacon and eggs is simply devine!!! It's only a tiny bit but gran couldn't believe we were drinking at 8:45 in the morning. So..... I had to open a bottle of champagne as well

I'm thinking about the wine, books and walks in Wales and how nice that would be.... If only the bloody lottery would give me some proper money!! I'm sure Jo could do with a little holiday as well!

All your meals sound lovely. My kids are both out at dance class. So i had a bowl of crunchy nut cornflakes. Cant believe how sad that seems after reading what yr all eating
