Im finding it impossible to register with this site, maybe lots of people are having the same problem?

I fill out my details and it just says sorry you cannot subscribe to this site, contact the administrator.

here a id that been made but haven't not log on yet, i do active a few account too, are u filling out all stuff at registering? if your name not on the list can u give me this info

what system u using like windows, mac? and what u using likr windows xp, window 2000 or whatever
what internet explorer u are using? like internet explorer 6,7 or firefox

how about a thank button,next to the pm and email bit,so that when some one help some one yu can click the thanks button...
seen this on one of my otheir forums i use....
and is very popular...
