How do i quote, edit, delete and report abuse a post?

everytime you post you will see these 5 options in your, you will find these in the top right hand side of your posts
1) This is the quote Button so when you want to quote someone you can use this
2) This is the edit button. (you can only edit your own post)
3) This is the delete button (you can only delete your own post.
4) This is the report button is only for when you think a moderator or a admin need to look at this post.)
5) This is Lock post from new reports
